Our Production Capacity
Our Istanbul workshop supports both initial production runs and scalable repeat orders. Following sample approval, typical production lead times are approximately 8 business days for 100 units, 15 business days for 300 units, 21 business days for 500 units and 30 business days for 1,000 units.
For established brands, production can also be planned around recurring collections, restocks and ongoing order programs to help maintain consistent quality and reliable delivery schedules.
Materials We Use
We work primarily with high-quality genuine leathers including Full Grain, Top Grain, Nappa, Suede, Nubuck and Vegetable-Tanned Leather. For selected projects, we can also source premium plant-based vegan leather alternatives such as apple-based and other innovative bio-based materials.
Materials, linings, hardware, edge finishes and branding applications are selected according to each brand’s design, quality standards and production requirements
